Becoming a Member – Take the next step on your wellness journey and discover the endless possibilities of Clubhouse!

Who can become a member?

Anyone (age 18 or older) with a mental illness may become a member of Frontier House regardless of diagnosis. Membership is voluntary and without time limits.

How do I join?

First, take a tour of the Clubhouse. If you’d like to join, you will be asked to have a referral form completed by a medical professional/clinician.

After the referral form is reviewed, you will be contacted by phone by the Clerical Unit to arrange an orientation. Orientation is scheduled after the tour is completed and a referral form has been received. The orientation takes one day to complete and includes a presentation about various opportunities the Clubhouse offers, a complimentary lunch, observation of a unit meeting, and a work ordered day experience. Orientations are scheduled on Tuesdays from 9am to 3pm. Once you participate in a short orientation, you can begin to utilize our vast resources!
